I humbly moved the Honble Joseph Dudley Esq
president of his Maties territories and Dominion of New England, touching the [Registers] place of his Matys
Court of Admiralty [have], granted by warrant from
his Maties do Richard Chamberlaine Esqr , who is [In Service]
as [I feare] he cannot continue long, I have
Honored Sr sent A coppy of the warrant to my
Cousen Phillip Musgrave and Desires his Endeavour
for the obtaineing of the the Revisions for
me And haveing the Presidents leave I humbly
Desire your Assistance therein, that I may not be
further Affronted by my Cousan Randolph, who
hath made An Apothecary; his Maties Attorney [Generall]
[Clerk] of the Pease for the County of Suffoke, [illegible]
for the Loyalty in Quallificasons of the Appothecary
for such Imploymt I have my given my Cousen
Musgrave an account of in a former Lre; The
President comandes me to present his humble service
to you as alsoe to make It my Request to you in
his behalfe wch I hope you will Admitt of favour
